You can download ArcPad 10.0.2 from the Esri Customer Care site. The software can be found under the “Software Download” link.
- You will not need a new authorization code to unlock ArcPad 10.0.2. Entitlements are limited to the number of ArcPad licenses your organization is licensed to use.
- The primary maintenance contact for Esri in your organization is the person authorized to download ArcPad for your organization.
If you don’t have access to the Esri Customer Care portal, please notify the primary maintenance contact for Esri in your organization. If you need assistance, please e-mail service@esri.com.
